Ограничительная деловая практика производителей (см. Restrictive trade practice), целью которой является установление цен, по которым предприятия розничной торговли обязаны продавать их товары конечным потребителям. Основным аргументом против использования такой практики является то, что она ограничивает или вовсе устраняет ценовую конкуренцию в розничной торговле. В Великобритании такая практика была признана незаконной, что привело к быстрому росту розничных торговых сетей (см. Resale Prices Acts).
